This is when using either Microsoft Edge Browser or the Windows Store App. The display becomes washed out, occasionally flickers and a visible red line appears down the left of the screen, along with a blue line down the right hand side.
I use getflix in australia and browse the us catalog almost exclusively. It works well for me. I haven't had any need to use their support - ive only had 1 issue where one US server want letting me watch us content. All fixed now but ask i had to do was switch to another us server and restart netflix
