I've installed Media Server and have been trying to connect my account - under Settings > Server > Connect I get "You have successfully signed your server into Plex, but we were unable to reach it from outside your network." I've set up a static IP and port forwarding on my Cisco e2500 for ports 32400-32444, but still no luck.
